ITEM DETAILS:

Lightweight woven fabric that is slightly sheer
Top is sheer and has belt loops
Matching belt cinches the waist
Elastic neckline
Puff sleeves
Top pulls on over the head with no closures
Skirt is lined with a ruffled handkerchief hem
Skirt zips on the left side for closure

    MEASUREMENTS:

    Top - up to 45" Bust / 42" Waist (belt cinches the waist) / about 21" Length 
    Skirt - 26" Waist / Free Hip / 26" to 37.5" Length
